Cancellation and Refund Policy
According to the “Right of Withdrawal Without Reason” clause in the Consumer Law, consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase and return the product within a certain period starting from the date of delivery. Consumers have the option to return the product without providing any justification or reason.
Usually, this period is fourteen (14) days starting from the date of product delivery. During this time, consumers have the opportunity to inspect, try, and evaluate the product. If the consumer has not used the product, damaged the packaging, or altered the original condition of the product, they can return it without providing any reason.
In case the Right of Withdrawal Without Reason is exercised, the consumer is entitled to a full refund of the product price and any associated expenses. The seller is responsible for refunding the payment to the consumer as soon as the product is returned to them or retrieved by the shipping company. After the return process is completed, it is recommended to consider the processing times of your bank or payment service provider for the refund amount to be credited back to your account.

Cancellation Policy:
- You need to inform us about the cancellation request of your order as soon as possible.
- If your order has not been shipped and is still in the preparation stage, we will evaluate your cancellation request and refund the full payment.
- If your order has been shipped, you should wait until your cancellation request is accepted by the shipping company. Once your cancellation request is accepted and the product/products are returned to us or retrieved by the shipping company, the full payment will be refunded.
- After the cancellation process is completed, it is recommended to consider the processing times of your bank or payment service provider for the completion of the refund process. The refund amount will be returned using the same payment method.
Return Policy:
- If there is any error or defect with your order, please inform us as soon as possible.
- We will evaluate your return request and, depending on the situation, arrange for a return or exchange of the product.
- The returned product should be in its original condition, unused, and with undamaged packaging.
- After the return process is completed, it is recommended to consider the processing times of your bank or payment service provider for the completion of the refund process. The refund amount will be returned using the same payment method.
Refund:
- In case of cancellation or return, the full payment will be refunded to you once your refund request is accepted or the return process is completed.

Please note that the following situations are not covered by our cancellation and return policy:
- Cancellation or return is not possible for custom orders or personalized products.
- Due to hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for products such as sanitary items, healthcare equipment, and medical devices. For detailed information regarding these products, please contact our customer services.
